Launched in September 2003, Community Watch Network was started to make neighborhoods safer and friendlier using Internet communications.

With so many people working at home and raising families, neighborhoods can be made safer when people watch out for each other and share information. According to police, active community watch prevents and solves crimes. Community Watch Network facilitates the process.
